You book through the holiday platforms where you discovered us or directly through our official website for exclusive rates. After confirmation, you receive automated emails with arrival details and essential stay information.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate, travel dates, and booking channel. The exact policy appears before reservation confirmation and again in the confirmation email.

Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through certified and encrypted payment systems.

Where are Terra Mare Villas located?
Terra Mare Villas are located in Ixia, on the west coast of Rhodes, within a calm residential enclave close to the sea. The setting offers privacy while remaining well connected, allowing smooth transitions between rest and exploration.

How far are the airport and Rhodes Town?
Diagoras International Airport is approximately fifteen minutes away. Rhodes Town is around ten minutes by car, while the Medieval Old Town and Mandraki Harbour are reached in about twelve minutes.

How far is the beach?
The beach lies just a short walk from Terra Mare Villas. In around three minutes on foot, you reach the Ixia seafront, known for open views, refreshing waters, and a long shoreline. The distance preserves both convenience and quiet.

Are supermarkets, bakeries, or restaurants nearby?
Everyday essentials sit moments from Terra Mare Villas. Local bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance, supporting an easy and unhurried daily rhythm throughout the stay.

Is car hire necessary during the stay?
A car is not essential. The beach, shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are all reachable on foot. Taxis and private transfers serve trips to Rhodes Town, the Medieval Old Town, and other parts of the island. Guests seeking full independence often opt for car hire, while others enjoy the simplicity of walking and arranged transport.

3Arrival and Departure

Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. Private airport transfers are arranged on request, offering a smooth and comfortable journey between Diagoras International Airport and Terra Mare Villas. This service is available for an additional fee and is organised in advance to support a seamless arrival and departure.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 16:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

Do you offer late check-in?
Assisted late check-in is available until 23:00. For arrivals after 23:00, self check-in instructions are provided in advance.

Can I leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?
There is no dedicated luggage storage room. Suitcases may be left inside the villa during cleaning hours, provided the housekeeping team is present.

How many guests does each villa accommodate?
Each villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms.

Are day visitors permitted at the villa?
A limited number of day visitors is permitted with prior notice. Gatherings and parties are not allowed, preserving a calm and private atmosphere for all guests.

Are the villas suitable for families with children?
Yes. The villas suit families well, offering generous indoor living spaces, private pools, and outdoor areas designed for relaxed family stays.

Do you provide baby cots and high chairs?
Yes. Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge upon request. Please inform us in advance so everything is prepared before arrival.

Are the villas wheelchair accessible?
The villas feature open and comfortable layouts across multiple levels. Due to internal stairs, they are not fully adapted for wheelchair access. Guests with specific mobility requirements are encouraged to contact us before booking for guidance.

What is included in each villa?
Each villa includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dishwasher, a private pool, air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe an outdoor BBQ area, and free street parking directly outside the villa.

Is air conditioning available throughout the villa?
Every villa features air conditioning in all rooms, supporting a comfortable indoor environment throughout the stay.

Is the Wi-Fi suitable for work and streaming?
High-speed and reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming.

Are utilities included in the rate?
Electricity, water, and internet are fully included, with no additional charges during the stay.

Are towels and amenities provided?
Bath towels, pool towels, and premium bathroom amenities are provided for all guests.

Is the pool private, child safe, and heated?
Each villa features a private pool for exclusive use. Pools are not heated and are not fenced. With a maximum depth of 1.2 metres and full compliance with local safety regulations, pools suit families, with close supervision of children required at all times.

What coffee machine is available?
Each villa includes a Nespresso coffee machine.

Is there a BBQ?
Yes. Every villa includes a dedicated outdoor BBQ area.

5Cleaning and Support

How often is the villa cleaned?
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. For stays longer than seven nights, one mid-stay cleaning is included.

What happens if I need help or something stops working?
Each villa includes QR codes placed in key areas. Scan to report an issue instantly. Support and emergency phone numbers are also shared in your arrival information.

Do you offer breakfast?
Breakfast service is not available yet. This service launches soon.

Is there a bar on premises?
Our team prepares premium bottled cocktails, delivered directly to your villa. Several signature options are available. For public bars there are options available closeby.

Can I book boat trips or sea excursions?
Yes. We arrange private boats, group tours, and tailored sea experiences through trusted local partners.

Do you offer guided tours?
Yes. Private guided tours are available in Rhodes Town, Lindos, and selected sites across the island.

Do you offer in-villa dining or private chefs?
Yes. We arrange private chefs for special occasions and bespoke dining experiences inside your villa. Menus are tailored to your preferences, ideal for celebrations, romantic evenings, or intimate gatherings.

Do you offer spa or beauty treatments in the villa?
Yes. We arrange in-villa spa treatments, including massage, manicure, and pedicure. A qualified beauty therapist or masseur visits your villa, allowing you to enjoy treatments in complete privacy.

Is transport included for activities?
Yes. For all off-site experiences booked through us, complimentary transfer from your villa to the meeting point is included.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
